Started my career in inbound sales, then moved to outbound. Worked my way from an individual contributor to manager, senior manager, regional director of SMB sales, and then regional director of commercial sales. In October 2026 I left Motive to build my own businesses: SellDispatch and TomaFreight. Along the way I learned business strategy and intelligence, public speaking, people management, and more. Read 18 books and counting. Building products and working on user generated content.
